The location is a little far from services, but accessible. Only from some cabins can you hear the noise of vehicles very faintly. The park, the green space, the swimming pools, recreational spaces (soccer, basketball, foosball, tennis, games for children) are excellent, very well maintained and spacious. The cabins are comfortable with acceptable, well-distributed spaces. The kitchen only allows modest preparations, but they have a lunch and dinner service that is delivered to the cabin and is actually very good. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi is limited since there is only a signal from specific places. In short, it is an excellent place to disconnect, relax and enjoy nature. Ideal for family and children. Breakfast could only be improved with less flour and more protein. Greetings

Beautiful place, mega complete! The space 🌿 incredible, the batteries at the right temperature 🌡️, the food very good 🍽️ abundant. The impeccable attention 👌, the kitchen girls are super attentive to make things easier for us who like to cook on vacation. No complains. As an idea to implement, it would be nice to have pool night, to enjoy it even more, and drinks night too 🤭.

I'm not looking for luxury but I am looking for comfort and good service in a place when I go on vacation. Well here I didn't have either of those things. When you arrive you have to open the gate, you arrive at the reception, there is no one, you have to wait for someone to appear. In our case we went to a bungalow, with the heat that it was the week we went, being in the kitchen-dining room was impossible with a ceiling fan, it was only okay in the rooms because of the air conditioning. The places to store clothes are shelves and a hanging barrel with 3 hangers. The cooking utensils are non-existent, a pot, a strainer and a jug, all stored in drawers that smell like a raid. I understand that they offer food there for you to order every day, but the reality is that the menu they offered was for a winter temperature, there was no healthy or fresh menu, so being so far from any nearby town means that you have to Cook there with nothing or turn on the grill every day. The "artisanal" breakfast is tasteless bread and the same two coconut and pastafrola cakes, packaged peach candy, spreadable cheese and butter. Fruit. It tastes little. The pool is small in relation to the number of guests staying, you have to wait for some to come out to be able to enter and take a dip. If you go to the reception/supply shop you serve yourself, you have to grab things and write them down, you don't know the prices and you pay for it when you leave. We left 3 days early because my son was not feeling well and because we were no longer comfortable. For us it is not an option to return, it lacks many options for attention and details to the guest in addition to the comfort in the bungalows and facilities.

It is a beautiful place, the property is large. It has basketball, volleyball and soccer fields. Two swimming pools (one heated) the cabins are ok. Keep in mind that the Wi-Fi signal is very bad and the Personal company does NOT have coverage (no I know the other companies) The staff's attention is great, everyone is very friendly. Bring food (they have supplies but they DO NOT sell fresh food, fruits, vegetables, bread, etc.) and to buy them you have to travel to a neighboring town by car. EXCEPT for those two items (connectivity and lack of fresh food) the rest is SPECTACULAR

The property is unbeatable, the dimensions, the neatness, the care and cleanliness, the maintenance of the facilities is really very good. To the cabins I would add a coat rack or shelf to support things like keys, wallet, cell phones, etc... I would improve the Wi-Fi signal by adding repeaters, since being far from the city there is no signal of any kind. I would add some protein to breakfast such as eggs, cheese, ham or yogurt since there are plenty of carbohydrates, flour for that matter. They are constructive criticism, we would return without a doubt because it is the ideal place to disconnect. The food is very delicious and affordable, the administration is well supplied as they offer some grocery products, drinks, charcoal, ice cream, etc. Stella and Mariano's attention is a luxury.
